CLIENT OVERVIEW

Narayan Bhargava Group is a four decade old Indian conglomerate offering India-entry, expansion and growth strategies for domestic and multinational corporations.

CHALLENGE

Due to the PAN-India operations, the company had employees who worked from offices located across the length and breadth of India. However, things went downhill during the COVID-19 pandemic. The forced remote working posed a great challenge as the employees were unable to mark attendance. Consequently, the payroll process was in total disarray.

 

Even before the pandemic, the company faced issues with the biometric system. For example, all employees were supposed to mark their attendance by 11 am using fingerprints. However, the number of employees who came sharp at 11 am had to wait, unable to mark attendance on time. This needed an urgent solution because of the lack of productivity, waste of money and employee complaints.

SOLUTION

The technology experts at Calibehr deliberated the challenges faced by the company and delved deep into the problems. Within a week, the project leader made the blueprint and discussed the technology-led solution with the concerned. Ultimately, the HRMS CONNECT app was developed and integrated into the process, leading to the following:

Ø  The app with facial recognition feature made the attendance marking a cakewalk for all employees across India. Geofencing and Geotagging eased the HR work.

 

Ø  The payroll process became easy, fast and highly productive.
