• Post graduate in HR with good command over English, preferably residing in Navi Mumbai having 9+ years core HRBP experience with IT companies.
• Should have 9+ years experience in HRBP (larger bits as below):
• Disciplinary process
• Employee engagement
• Fun@Work, Festivals
• Talent management (PMS, Promotions process, HiPo management..)
• Employee surveys, HR Interventions....
• Onboarding & employee orientations, running buddy programs
• Learning & development
• Ensuring policy compliance, Employee communications
• HRBP MIS, tracker management
